December 9, 2007 - The composition of this wine changes year to year. This was a semillon, sauvignon blanc blend.
Very nice golden color. Some toasted oak and some light peach aromas on the nose. Pears, green apples, and vanilla notes on the palate. Very full bodied white with a pretty high level of acidity. Creamy mouthfeel. This white can age for a while. -

October 3, 2007 - Nice balance. Sweet enough, but still refreshing to drink outside in the heat. Peaches and pears on the nose, med body, low viscocity make it refreshing. Drank on patio on a hot night.
