August 7, 2023 - There is no way this looked or tasted like a 30 year old wine. Minimal amber color, complex and layered flavors in. the mouth, hint of lime in the nose. great balance lingering finish. of honey and classic lychee finish

October 24, 2005 - Amber-gold; exotic nose, very vibrant and fresh on the palate. Has honey and faintly floral notes, nuttiness, and hints of mineral and smoke on the finish. Complex, delicious and a real change of pace. Went beautifully with cider-braised pork and roasted squash.
