Community Tasting Notes 2

June 12, 2014 - Big, bold, no holds barred Syrah. Got better with air, but this was a hot, overripe, bruiser of a wine that just didn't pair well with the steak I had with it, nor the cheese I had before the steak, nor the chocolate I had afterwards. This wine had less finesse than I like, and goes down the "smack them with a club" route instead.

April 28, 2013 - On nose lots of tar, smoke and some pepper. On palate more and more spice and pepper dominating the fruit and filling the mouth

    Soft

A distinctive style which you will love or hate
