April 23, 2024 - Schinkenrauch, dried fruits, sea spray. Dripping with carbohydrate, remaining aspirated, lofted with mint, girded with pistachio/honey steel. Ash dry. Marzipan; maraschino; avanti anise cigars. Pretty cool.
