July 26, 2014 - Summer 14 Roadtrip -- Cass House (Cass House Inn & Restaurant, Cayucos CA): Like baked pie hot out of the oven fresh. Waffles with maple syrup and fresh fruit. Vinegar graham cracker. Very exciting.

January 4, 2013 - If you would bottle the essence of Granny Smith apples, this wine would be it. It smells like apples and really tastes like them. This wine has a high level of acidity that makes it a great wine to pair with food. Dryer than an apple with not much residual sugar, this wine was a great match for peanut sauced Asian noodles. Great finish with some length. I need more before it is gone.

December 2, 2012 - Absolutely fantastic. Unique nose from the wild yeasts. Tons of acid and bursting with flavor. One of the best Rieslings I've ever had.
