Community Tasting Notes 2

February 26, 2013 - A wonderfully dry Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend, reminiscent of a great white Bordeaux. The nose is mostly Semmilon-like, with notes of grapefruit rind, ripe pineapple, and some chalk; ruby grapefruit on the palate, with minerality on the midpalate; medium finish. A nice change of pace from your typical Cali Sauv. Blanc. 88-89
