June 5, 2021 - Wow! This is in a PERFECT spot! Bursting from the glass with Zin goodness; Bramble, liqueured raspberries and blackberries, touches of milk chocolate, malo creaminess, slight toasted/clove spice wood inpression, juicy and almost vibrant, perfectly resolved. I was really surprised to read the 16,3% abv. It was so well concealed and gobbled up by the wines richness, luxurious surplus and great balance. 93p

December 18, 2020 - Still solid, even if past its "best-by" date. Consumed over two nights. First night, let it sit for an hour, dried cherries, leather, and strong pepper. Second night, the fruit dissipated a bit, so the wine's alcohol was more evident, but so was the black pepper element.
