November 11, 2023 - Big grape jam on nose and rich, smooth cherry, dark berries on palate and a nice, long finish. There is just a bit too much alcohol burn to rate higher, but a great wine for the money.

May 11, 2023 - Color: garnet, with minor bricking on the rim

Nose: perfumed red currant, matured red fruit medley.

Taste: matured red currant and some black currant, leathery goodness from the 13 years in bottle, along with graphite and an undertone of minerality.
Tannins are mellow, yet slightly chalky. Great vibrant acidity still at 13 years young.

Overall, this drinks more like a Bordeaux than a Napa wine, which I very much appreciate. This probably has 5-8 years left in the tank.

April 17, 2023 - We drank over two nights. The nose is all fruit. The palate is berry, cherry, tobacco, tree bark and mocha leading to a finish that is moderately long. Definitely has years to go.

October 14, 2022 - 2010 Endre (53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot and the rest Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc aged in both French and Hungarian oak) is very Bordeaux like. Notes of bouquet garni, red and black currants and loamy soil are present in this medium-bodied wine that seems to be a fast evolving effort. With excellent texture as well as an elegant style.

September 27, 2022 - Better than the bottle I had a few months ago. The nose is all fruit. The palate is berry, cherry, tobacco, tree bark and mocha leading to a finish that is moderately long. Definitely has years to go.
