December 9, 2023 - The best ice wine I've ever had, and probably the best sweet wine too. So smooth, developed, just a treat to have. Convinced me to have an ice wine on hand when I make chocolate cream pie. The combo was out of this world good, don't need but a sip. I don't think I'll ever see a Status again. Not offered in my area. Fifteen years and this wine was a gem. Would I have just by itself? Yes. But the best is with chocolate and fresh whipped cream. As good an ice wine as can be hoped for.

November 29, 2013 - Winorama Canadiana! (Niagara on the Lake): Much lower residual sugar than most of the wines we'd been drinking during the day this only had 165 grams. It's grapefruit, with a bit of lime, some green flavors (but in a good way). After some time I get lemongrass and of course there's a nice acidity which balances it. More complex than the rest of the wines we've been drinking (perhaps the lower sugar levels allowed the different flavors to come out more.). Really enjoyed this one - excellent wine!
