May 6, 2017 - shared with pat at selkirk manor to celebrate the end of the work week. we don't drink a lot of chilean wine but had a taste at the retailer which we enjoyed and it was a great qpr at discounted price. this is a miracle wine from several points of view. hard to find a wine of this quality at this price point. never would have expected this longevity from such a modest wine. all the more remarkable is the screw cap finish. the wine is still fresh and lively. this may be the longest data endpoint for this closure type. will have to start a forum poll. the wine continues to be an excellent warm weather quaffer. very refreshing. nice notes of pear and other white fruits dominate the nose and the palate. just a hint of citrus and wood. had enough stuffing to hold up to lightly sauteed filet of flounder. doing very well considering its age. would definitely look for this again.

August 1, 2014 - shared with pat at selkirk manor to celebrate the end of the work week. it has been hot, which prompted pulling another bottle of this summer quaffer. tasting note consistent with mine of 5/23/14. nice tropical fruits. would look for this again.
