October 10, 2014 - Ok wine from Basque Country. Mineral nose. Crisp and clean on palate. Nice finish.

August 28, 2013 - Spanish Whites and Reds Offline (Rincon 38, Mpls, MN): Pale gold color. PNP, Drank 1 glass over an hour. This had just a little spritz, the nose shows grapefruit, lime, some tropical notes, mineral. The palate is citrus: grapefruit and lime, light, crisp, strong mineral streak, nice finish. This was a gem.

February 16, 2013 - The Iberian Peninsula (My apartment): Racy and fresh - plenty of citrus and minerality, as all txakolinas should have. However, this one's a little on the light side - not quite as bracing as I'd hoped. Tanzer is the one critic I've found whose tastes often mirror mine, but I can't see the 91 score on this. $16.
