January 19, 2015 - Drank after it was opened for 2 hours. It still came out of the bottle very "hot" and very tight/acidic. 2 hours later it just started to open. Tart flavors of raspberry and cranberry as well as red currants. Some free pepper, earth, and tea at the end. A relatively long finish.
