February 15, 2017 - Solid...less "appley" than previous bottles, otherwise consistent. Fantastic QPR.

January 22, 2017 - Good balance between "appley" fruit and very dense minerality. Manages to be mature but not in an oxidative manner...just mature in ripeness. Acid and minerality keeps everything in balance. Good effervescence. Outstanding QPR.

August 15, 2014 - Nice nose of apple, caramel and hints of chalk, lazy mousse, good weight in the mouth with citrus tinged caramel and red apple flavors and a hint of minerality. A touch of metal in the finish. Good, but drink up.
