May 18, 2013 - This wine is moderately sweet and shows great acidity. I always thought German wines and its varying degrees of sweetness one of the most sophisticated things in the world of wine. I do not know why. This is just a personal taste. On the other hand, I've always found difficult to combine these wines with food. I prefer to drink this kind of wine after the meal. It finalize a meal with a lot of class and, in my opinion, rival the sauternes / barsac wines.
