July 6, 2013 - fine bubbles. Nose was hard to put into words, herbs,acidic,minimal yeasty. Taste was of an Extra-Brut, very dry finish, slight bitterness on the end. Neither the grape mix nor alcohol level was on the label but I feel it was high in alcohol and featured some lesser grapes.
