August 25, 2023 - As brilliant as all of the preceding whites were, this was simply better and one of the greatest wines of the year for mine. It poured out with a green tinge. The nose was so inviting and complex, with notes of Arum lily, spearmint, pure white peach and cream. The palate was so rich and layered, but with no excess weight. Exotic flavours filled every crevice of the mouth and it had such great flesh and underlying minerally structure. Length of flavour was phenomenal.

October 26, 2022 - Wine of the Day among a strong field of great Burgundies and Champagnes. Years to go still and no sign of any oxidation issues. A touch if botrytis on the finish adds complexity without being overwhelming. A great vintage chez Ramonet

April 15, 2022 - In a flight with 15 Ramonet Montrachet and 12 Coche CC. All were exceptional, though for me this was probably my favorite for here and now. (this bottle was from the same lot i had in 2020, not 2021). Bouquet was sensational with florals, mint, and citrus oozing from the glass, yet it was probably the least of the 3. But the flavors were right in the zone for me, citrus, minerally, super delineated power. Chris thought this had more to evolve and perhaps another gear, I’m not convinced….i think this is in a perfect spot, and given my experience with Ramonet and premox I’m not waiting 10 years to open my next bottle

July 1, 2021 - had this next to the 07. this was clearly more evolved, and while I felt it would be suitable if the wine was 10-15 years older, it concerns me when it's happening at 11 years old. it didn’t spoil the wine, but neither did this have the spectacular power and energy from a different bottle source last year. that said I slightly preferred this for it's depth of fruit and dimension, compared to the razor sharp 07
