April 30, 2021 - The fresh florals have long since departed and been replaced by more of a sturdy earthy mineral nose with dark fruit and more of the same earthy mineral tinge on the palate. Actually a very nice food wine at this point in its development the wine finishes with a bit of an astringent streak which allows a wide range of foods/flavors to "fit right in and fill it out" (I had mine with a wood fired Margherita pizza and it worked perfectly!)
