This was excellent in all respects. What I'd thought was a touch of oxidation from the age is actually, in retrospect, oak. A great bottle and worthy of 10-12 years of age for sure. -

April 25, 2013 - PEEK Catered Dinner Party at the Museum. This was delicious, you didn't miss the oak at all, very nicely balanced. Four out of five stars.
