Tannins resolved at this point but still silky; cassis, boysenberry, menthol, hints of dried herbs. Quite lovely at this point.

November 25, 2023 - Audouze for 1-2 hours. Drinking very nice now, tannisn have resolved, slight hint of cedar oninitial taste but overall a softer wine. Paired with American Wagyu Meatballs and balanced the sweet ness of the meat nicely. HIghly reccomend to drink now

October 21, 2023 - Maybe I had too high of expectations, maybe this is past its drinking window, nothing at all bad with the wine, but also nothing remarkable.
