Community Tasting Notes 2

July 29, 2019 - Burgundy in color. A nose full of new leather, fresh with a hint of cedar. Full body wine with tastes of ripe red fruit, spice, smokiness. Long finish leaves a great finish..

December 31, 2015 - Medium bodied and light garnet in color. We all really enjoyed this wine and it was light enough to go well with the Lobster dinner. It is drinking just fine right now and I would not expect much if any improvement with age. If you have a bottle of this you are saving for a special occasion, you will have to find that occasion soon. I'd give it maybe a couple more years.
