March 30, 2023 - Tasted out of 9L at Third Coast Soif #OffSoif event at Easy Does It

The wine looks straw colored. It smells like lemon, lime, apricot and pear. It tastes like apricot, apple, peach, lemon, lime and almond. The body is light/medium. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

August 27, 2020 - White flowers, honey, beeswax, lanolin, lemon oil, bright and mineral, hint of smoke, long finish. Outstanding!

April 9, 2016 - Peter Bothe's 41st Birthday (Boneyard Bistro): Drinking wonderfully right now. Really gorgeous and balanced. Drank from a magnum and every glass got better over time, especially the last sips after a couple hours of air and getting closer to room temp.

    J'aime :) 90+

February 6, 2015 - Classy and elusive nose, similar to a high quality burgundy, that keeps you coming back for more. This has lots of bees wax, lillies, vanilla, a touch of honey and some citrusy notes. The overall package is extremely elegant. Could do with a few more years, but drinking well now.
