February 27, 2021 - Här närmar vi oss vinhimlen! Elegant, nyanserad, komplex, rik och mogen med kraften kvar! Här finns torkade bär, körsbär, läder och kryddor i doft och smak, struktur med bra syra och runda tanniner. Riktigt bra längd med lite värme i avslutningen. Till en grillad ryggbiff med svampsås, klyftpotatis och harico verts. En riktig femetta!
