July 24, 2012 - Golden color. Nose: white peach, lemon/lime citrus, and green apple with accents of river stone, honeysuckle, caramel, and vanilla. Medium body on the palate: white peach, Meyer lemon, and pineapple core framed by river stone, white pepper, honeysuckle, and vanilla. Medium+ acidity. Lingering river stone, white pepper, and vanilla on the moderate/long finish. A touch hot, but otherwise a beautiful wine. Great core of mineral and acid wrapped up in elegant fruit.
