September 26, 2015 - Wine was properly stored from purchase upon release at winery until consumed.
Full deep red color, no brown edges. Big, beautiful nose of FF oak, dark fruit, cherries and berries immediately upon opening. Not swirled, as it is open.
After 10 minutes TONS of fruit. Dark, luscious cherries, raspberries, rhubarb, black currants and plums. Wonderful wine, world class to be this good at 24 years of age. An inspiring wine, ready to drink (it is as good as it will get and may go down from here, so drink up if you are lucky enough to have some). -
