Community Tasting Notes 2

June 16, 2016 - Deep reddish purple in the glass. Strong nose of blue and black fruits including blue and black berries, crisp ripe plums, and mellow black currants followed by lightly oak-infused cinnamon and vanilla. Palate followed up note for note adding a lush and velvety mouthfeel and an interesting dollop of eucalyptus and dry gravel that culminated in a fruit forward and pleasing finish without being opulent or over the top. Well balanced by all means and a nice change from the typical cali cab.

February 10, 2013 - A very young wine that has some good times ahead of it. Drank this bottle over 3 days and it was showing its best on day 2 or 3.
