  August 13, 2012 - The 2010 is every bit as good as the 2009. Have paid anywhere from $11.99-14.99 for this great Quality to Price Ratio wine. The color is straw, no doubt from the touch of oak aging. The nose is 100% floral - honeysuckle and sweet citrus, almost like a great Cali Viognier. The taste is also floral, sweet honey bell tangerine with a touch of oak and a medium finish that makes you want more! It is NOT a sweet wine, just floral with great acidity (food friendly)...but less experienced palates may find it sweet and thus it a great wine to serve folks who don't drink wine often. This is a great summer white wine, as it can be a quaffer or it can be paired with a lot of food - Asian, seafood - we had it with wild-caught, fresh blackened Alaskan Coho salmon and red beans&rice....mmmm. It stood up to the dish perfectly. 14.4% alcohol, it is so well-balanced that does not come across, at least until you have had a couple glasses :} Looking for a downside to this wine and can't find it!
