October 22, 2022 - Denver Wine Group Round 3 (Max's House): Pinot WOTN. Drank over several hours. Did not seem to improve significantly in that time, the biggest change was in the first 15-20 minutes after pouring into decanter. Decanting necessary for sediment.

Soft, but structured. Great acidity, would be comfortable pairing it with just about anything that pinot usually stands up to. Flavor is mellow, but present. Red-brown fruited, the cherry is still there.

    Drink now.

February 26, 2021 - Decanted 1 hour, fair bit of sediment. Cloudy brick color. Sappy red fruit, raspberry, strawberry. Some cola, baking spice and earthy notes. I did get the same effervescence mentioned below, but it blew off after an hour. Nicely aged classic Pinot.

February 18, 2021 - It seemed to have a slight effervescence upon opening which blew off with some air. Quite robust with some darker fruit still intact. Fun to try.

February 1, 2013 - As always, a delightful red fruit bomb. PGC wines continue to impress at every price point.

August 3, 2012 - This Pinot Noir is exquisite and very Burgundian in the style of the grand cru from the Cote d' Nuits. It is approaching its peak and drinks like nectar.
