January 27, 2021 - Consumed over 3 days (pumped). Continually improved and was quite good on Day 3. Started quite muted with slight bitter and slight green notes on a medium finish. Day 2 was starting to open, drinking very smoothly with less of the bitter or green notes, but still not showing the depth or richness normally exhibited by the Pas de Nom bottling. Day 3 had all the expected cherry and darker berry aromatics and flavors, continued to have a very smooth mouthfeel, good acidity, still not a long finish, but the length that was there was due to the richness and smoothness of the fruit along with the acidity. Hard for my experience level to judge the longevity of this wine. I am quite sure it will not improve, but in a year or three will it show the Day 3 qualities on day 1? I dont't know. My recommendation would be to open now and take the intellectual journey over three days!

November 26, 2018 - Medium ruby in color, modest aromas of cedar forest with some faint dark fruit. Flavors of sour black cherry, cola, and a little dried dark fruit and blackberry. Medium bodied with nice soft tannins and balanced acidity. This wine is deliciou now, but still got the stuff for 3-4 more years.

August 28, 2018 - Medium garnet color, with aromas of strawberry, quickly followed by wet evergreen forest and white pepper. Medium bodied with flavors of strawberry and black cherry cola. Nice bright acidity brings it all together with a medium long cranberry tart finish. Very nice wine with good balance, perfect now, having said that, the PQR on this wine was marginal.

August 12, 2018 - Decanted 1 hour. I was mildly disappointed considering the price.
