December 29, 2014 - The modest sweetness is beginning to fade, and as the texture becomes more watery (in a good way), the finish is making a distinct turn toward the mineral. Nice flourish of ginger on that finish as well -- classically Touraine. A very nice showing.

January 19, 2013 - Lots of sweet stone fruit flavors mixing together with a hint of citrus and mineral tones. Good acidity holding things together and countering the sweet. Drink now.
