  May 17, 2022 - the wine is drinking great and is in its prime drinking window. blackberry and cassis dominate the palate while there is a nice earthy black cherry nose. it's classic napa fruit that has not been over oaked. it's well balanced with a long finish. a pleasure to drink, a great qpr, and it never disappoints. agree with others say it drinks great as soon as the cork is out of the bottle. but with a little air, it opens up nicely. there you have it.

  February 5, 2021 - Pretty decent stuff. Classic Napa cab at a great price relative to many others. Nose is now secondary, with the fruit smelling more savory and stewed. Nice balance to the palate. Doesn't really need much air time. Can pop and pour. Maybe give it one more year or so.

  January 30, 2021 - Slightly over the hill. Fruit is fading away and acid is more prominent. Tastes like an aged Super Tuscan. Drink up. Boom
