August 28, 2023 - Still in it’s youth, but with beginning development. Make sure to do a lengthy decant.
Elegant, structured and sublime wine with great potential. Comes alive after 3 hrs in the decanter. -

Floral, dried red & black cherry bouquet with mineral, dried flowers, tobacco & spice. Medium bodied, quite deep & intense, forward, soft, smooth & very approachable red & black fruit flavors, elegantly assimilated with traces of gentle tannins, soft extracts & medium fine acidity; pure, feminine & elegant. Long persistent finish.

January 27, 2014 - Giovanni Rosso Tasting (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Tasting, brief note. Very similar to the 2007 just tasted, but seemingly with slightly less of everything. More accessible today, but less complexity, nuance or potential.
