May 19, 2016 - Good material here. Still young and undeveloped. Muted aromas of peach, pineapple and honey. Full on the palate with moderate acid, a fresh minerality and clean, slightly viscous finish. Sweeter than expected but I think it will come into balance with the acid in time, 5 years? I admit it was hard for me to get excited about this wine given Baumard's recent actions in the appellation. A touch too sweet to pair with chicken karaage.

March 27, 2016 - My wine preferences lean to old world reds and this was my first buy from this producer. A solid experience with a nice viscous texture, plenty of lemon flavors though the lemon is not overpowering. Lighter notes of pineapple, melons, pear, and key limes. A nice length on the finish. Sweet but not cloying. A great pairing with lime marinated grilled Mahi.

February 27, 2016 - Excellent fruity nose and palate with tropical fruit foremost. Slightly simple right now but could gain complexity and depth with several more years of aging.

January 3, 2014 - Aroma of mango. Tastes like a diverse basket of tropical fruits. Sweet, like ripe fruits. Balanced with good acidity. What's missing, at least now, is any non-fruit complexity. Who am I to say how it will age? But I wonder.

November 4, 2013 - Fresh, lithe and sweet. Citrus and honey on the nose. Sweet melons on the palate. Sugar is balanced with nice acidity. Just delicious.
