March 19, 2014 - Sutble aromas of citrus, pineapple, with some earthy/woodsy notes as well. The pallette features Asian pear, Meyer lemon, and pineapple flavors that linger nicely on the moderately long finish where earthy and flinty notes emerge to add to the overall complexity. Excellent CA Sauvignon blanc. Drink now or over the next year or so before the fruit fades.

January 1, 2014 - Coravined over the course of a month or so. This wine is pretty reflective of the cooler year. The tropical notes are still there, but take a bit to emerge from behind the strong mineral streak. Its very good, but I'm such a huge fan of the '09 and their Voglezang vineyard that, by comparison, this is a little lack luster. That said, these remain in the argument for the best California sauvignon blanc being produced.

July 13, 2013 - One of the best Sauvignon Blancs I've ever had. Tropical fruits and herbs on the nose. Smooth tastes of fruits & minerals. Long refreshing finish.
