February 12, 2024 - This bottle had a couple extra years on it. Mid-gold. Large bubbles. Rich nose--baked apple and plum. Seems pinot dominant. Full. Not especially long.

December 27, 2021 - A pleasant wine that has a nice backbone of yellow apples and almond paste in front and some deeper notes of dark plum and brandy in the background. The acidity is just perfect and as most good wines it gets better on day two.
