  December 1, 2019 - Really good showing. Lovely bouquet of black fruit, cassis, toasted hazelnuts, wild herbs, and a touch of char. There’s a savory piquancy in the mouth, which perfectly balanced nicely integrated tannin and juicy blackberry flavors. It is drinking splendidly but it’s built to last, still gaining steam after three hours in the decanter.

  May 10, 2019 - Medium ruby color, medium body. Has some vibrancy to it; not weighted down with heavy fruit. Green pepper, wet soil, mushroom, dark cherry. Enjoyable

  November 16, 2018 - Medium mouthfeel Cali cab with balanced fruit Black fruit, currants, graphite, white pepper. Almost a medium finish but coming up short.

  August 18, 2018 - Pleasant and easy drinking Napa cab. Not particularly dense or rich, but not overwhelming also. Soft feel on the palate, very light tannin. Maybe a little short on length, but good value compared to some other similar cabs from Napa.

  December 3, 2017 - Reminds me of the many 2009 Ladera Cabernet Sauvignons from Napa Valley that I've enjoyed, but different in that it did not have as much fruit in the mid-palate. Medium bodied Cab, no nose, tannins smooth, and medium long finish. Nothing special but very drinkable. Would not allow to age anymore - seems to be fading.
