Community Tasting Notes 2

September 14, 2016 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry and chocolate. It tastes like smokey bacon and cranberry. The body is medium/full. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

May 13, 2015 - Intensely fruity and juicy on the nose, this Merlot captures raspberry, plum, cherry cola and spice notes. The palate shows black cherry, olive, vanilla and cocoa flavours with a definite appassimento influence that gives an impression of sweetness but a dry finish. Exceptional weight and substance combine with supple and soft tannins creating a smooth texture leading to a long, lingering finish.
