February 11, 2023 - Well after Margi’s death last year I cannot but feel nostalgic that these are my last bottles of Brogan.

Like other bottles this has a distinctive Russian River nose and profile. Should I rate this as the best pinot noir Ive had? No, but it has character in heaps and a beautiful, if sharp tannic backbone, still bolstered by tart cherry.

Lovely to my palate. Does better with air so give it some time in glass or carafe.

July 9, 2017 - Rather tart and over the hill. Drinkable, but not all that enjoyable.

    October 9, 2009 - very burgundian

December 5, 2007 - needed an hour to open up but then really shined. Pinot fruit balanced by some flint.
