October 3, 2023 - Sunday Night Burger Night: Opened after a grander 99, this was a lovely surprise. A hint of tobacco leaf, damp garden shed on the nose, and a lovely gentle palate which slowly resolves into something quietly lovely. If you stuck your nose into the glass and sniffed you got the whole forest - if you have a bottle of this, it's drinking just lovely right now.

December 25, 2009 - Drinking well. Aromas of heavily composted soil, cedar and sweet tobacco. Sweet gentle and leafy in the mouth with a hint of tar and leather. Leaves a gentle earthy imprint once swallowed.
