June 6, 2015 - Strågul farge. Sitrus, litchi, roser, noe grapefrukt, aprikos, gule plommer, søtlige og mer modne frukter kommer etter litt tid i glasset. Honning og smørmalt. Mineralsk og fyldig vin med god dybde. Litt kremaktig anslag med deilig midtparti som varer lenge. Fin, lett sursøt syre. Bittersøt frukt som sitter godt. Kompleks og deilig vin.

September 1, 2014 - Chenin Blanc is an underrated grape. Very dry, wet limestone, assertive and lingering on the palate. No oak. Some ageability. Paired well with pacific wild salmon. 90

May 16, 2014 - (out of 375ml) Ripe red capsicum, greengage plum, tobacco smoke, earth, old oak and a touch of sulfur. On the palate, rich and layered mouthfeel, tobacco smoke echos - great satin texture - very ripe but has plenty of definition. Excellent wine.
