September 18, 2015 - Alex tasted me on this wine with dinner tonight at his Yan's China Bistro-thank you Alex. Nice legs in the glass, light/medium bright red color in the glass, subdued fruit on the nose with hints of bacon and black cherry fruit, opened nicely over the next thirty minutes to be more impressive on the nose, more of the same on the palate, medium body, tasty with the green bean and beef dish, touch of acid on the mid palate, at it's peak now, medium finish but flavorful aftertaste.
