Dry, medium refreshing acidity, medium- delicate alcohol, medium- body, creamy mousse and medium intensity flavours of green apples, lime, ripe peaches and hints of butter. Medium finish. Good quality wine, balanced and fresh, it shows some typicity but it lacks complexity and elegance. It's just a well made easy drinking sparkling. Very good QPR. Drink now, not intended for ageing.

February 28, 2013 - Pale yellow with aromas of citrus and pears. Clean, fresh, much more Brut than the Brut (w/o the Excellence) from the same label. This has more of the Blanc de Blance level of flavor....good value. Very nice finish. Will buy again.

December 8, 2012 - Nice minerality with clean flavors of fresh melon and peach. Sweet ripe fruit kicks in on the finish. Very good value.
