April 16, 2014 - Monthly Bojo Night: Older Moulin-à-Vent (+ one Fleurie) and two older Vouvrays: Full cherry red. Fragrant and fine in the nose, juniper in the nose, strawberries, some alcohol in the back. In the mouth, this has very strong juniper notes, tonic as well (tastes a bit like gin & tonic), very red fruited with strawberry notes that are reminiscent of rotten strawberries at times, but these are only hints here and there and don't overshadow the overall appeal of this wine. Slightly simple finish. Quite good, but not great.

October 16, 2011 - I was pleasently surprised from this bottle. Probably one of the best Gamays I had so far.
A bouquet of sour cherries, some strawberries and interesting herbs. On the palate quite demanding and still strong tannins, recommending at least 5-10 more years of life ahead.
