  July 26, 2014 - Bought two bottles of this on Winebid for $7 ea. so I wasn't expecting a lot.
  Very youthful looking wine. Bright purple/ruby with no browning.
  
  Slightly green nose with notes of not very ripe red and black fruits, beets and a touch of pencil shavings. With air, some cinnamon notes emerge. Not bad...
  
  Tart and bright on the palate. Light bodied for a cab. Flavors match the nose with crisp red and black fruit and cedar. The finish is long and tart with some unresolved tannins. A bit angular.
  
  Label says 14.1 abv but it tastes like much less - as if the grapes were picked slightly under ripe.
  
  I'll wait a couple of years to open the other bottle and see if it integrates a bit.

  July 19, 2014 - Delightful - last bottle - hidden in cellar so had to crack this open. Very clean, light fruit, not as robust as I remember, clearly aged too long.
