April 11, 2021 - My impression of tonight's bottle exactly mirrors the experience of BILLYRAYVALENTINE in February posted below. Clearly white Burgundy, not so clearly unoaked Chablis. Butterscotch with just enough minerality to save it.

February 24, 2021 - Just a Little Virtual Day Drinking (Home): Light gold color. PNP, Drank 2 glasses over 2 hours. This just has a crackling nose out of the gate, great fresh air, crustacean earthiness, hight toned white flowers, lemongrass, and pear that adds in notes of dried herbs and combed honey. The palate has tons of saline, brisk dry extract, lemon curd, Anjou pear, lemon panna cotta, ocean minerals, and beeswax on a long beautifully balanced finish. This was singing, and the only question I have is why in the world I only bought one of these. Dang it. This feels like it is peaking. 93+pts or better.

February 12, 2020 - Mature. Very nice wine but the acidity and fruit have mellowed and (slightly burnt) toast, cararmel and creme brûlée are taking over. The wine seems too light to go much longer.

December 24, 2017 - Still youthful. Great minerality and citrus. Well made wine, good grapes and very good QPR.

December 18, 2017 - Another great, citrusy flavored WB. Really youthful for a 2011.
