July 17, 2013 - Golden straw colour. Dominant nose of pear and passionfruit. There exists some toastiness lined with a tinge of minerality. Light and mildly sweet on the initial, light body, smooth on the palate, mildly dry. Straightforward and quick transition, lacks a level of complexity, leading to a long semi-dry lingering finish, The backend acidity albeit mild, seems a tad off kilter.
