Colour: pale lemon
Bouquet: full flavoured spicey green apples and pears
Palate: same flavours as nose basically, even more spice, plus ginger, and sharper green apple, with excellent acid and length. Clean because of acid cutting through the full flavours that would otherwise be blowsy.

April 29, 2013 - Hunter Valley Visit 2013; 4/26/2013-4/29/2013 (Hunter Valley, Australia): Lightly perfumed - there is some light orange and melon. Little of interest on the palate, it's medium bodied with a bit of fruit and minimal depth. Drink now.
