May 18, 2023 - Shared cooking duties with 5 close buddies each doing a course at our place. Thankfully, Nita helped keep me on track. CV,DM,LI,KB,LS & BB. Super relaxing fun night! Well having had this wine 7 times since mid 2015 I've run out of new superlatives to express my utter respect and admiration for this wine and the producer. This simply is quintessential white Burgundy and a wine of exceptional balance, grace and purity. Fantastic minerality and a prefect mix of weightless citrus, mineral and stone fruit. Dam, I wish I had at least one more! Now I can only hope Dave D or someone else in my gang has more! Paid $109 back in 2016. Try and find new releases and older like this for under $225 now. Shit!

May 17, 2023 - Chef's Night (Craig & Nita's Place): Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour plus. Drinking great, this has that riveting minerality on the nose; stones, tarragon, Meye lemon. The palate is round and deep, lemon, Meyer lemon, stones, gunflint and a little reductive note. This is so tangy and vibrant; the best of a string af many great bottles.
