December 19, 2020 - In my view the wine peaks now. Wine has typical sweet auslese nose dominated by pineapple juice. The sweet fruits and the high sugar level starts to balance perfectly with the acidity. The wine can for sure remain in the cellar for more years, but I’m not sure it will improve further.

In short drink it now and keep better vintages in the cellar. It is wonderful.
