November 26, 2020 - Second of two bottles consumed this month and wow, this is great juice! Impeccable balance and freshness. Drinking like it is a year old, but with the complexity of some age. Yum!

December 31, 2019 - Tasted over several days under Coravin. Light color. Day 1, nose is initially tight but extensive swirling reveals hazelnut, pears, and lemon rind. Taste is brightly acidic, simple, but with a long nutty finish. Only a trace of chalky minerals and maybe some grapefruit rind. By Day 3, it’s a transformed wine. Beautifully perfume-like aromatics that are noticeable 2 feet away. Taste is awesome and includes lots of wet rock minerals that were absent on Day 1. Nice depth in middle. Finish is long and haunting. Is this the same wine? Day 5 and a note of peaches comes through in the nose.
