December 4, 2020 - Yellow gold, entering its prime drinking window, attacks with intense, tart lemon and mandarin citrus, supported by a honeyed ripeness. The mouth is clean with mountain stream freshness, a tingling, vibrant palate, some aged toasty champagne millésimé notes, and a long and deep follow through of yellow apple. Just brilliant.

November 24, 2016 - Bright and lively on opening, scents of honeysuckle, tangerine and nice crisp minerality. Finishes clean but thin and somewhat watery. Less attractive as it warmed up. Better a year ago. Drink up. 4+13+15+4

July 23, 2016 - This is still a rocking wine. Zesty, minerally, oceanic, citrus explosion, some richer honey and tea notes coming out with age. Lots of life ahead.

July 3, 2015 - Excellent quality. Bone dry, but good flavor.

May 30, 2015 - Lemon and light eucalyptus on the nose. On the palate, lemon peel, brine, and a note of tangerine, with a short to medium finish and moderate acidity. It feels a little oily and fat, but avoids being flabby. If this had a bit more acid and a longer finish I would score it in the excellent range, as it's exactly what is expected in a Muscadet. It lacks a little something, but it paired very well with oysters. Average value for the money at about $16.
